All items are made to order just for you! Current production time is 5–9 business days before your order ships — please check the individual product listing for the most accurate estimate. We offer FREE shipping on all US orders.
Sizing: We offer sizes XS–8XL because the dance floor belongs to everyone. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Not sure what size to grab? Contact us with your measurements before ordering — we're always happy to help! Because every piece is made just for you, please don't order multiple sizes planning to return one.
Customs and Import Taxes
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. International buyers may need to pay these fees upon delivery. Please contact us to confirm how these fees will be handled for your order — we are not responsible for any customs-related delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order items are not refundable due to sizing, but sizing exchanges may be available on select items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the original item, replacement shipping, and any price difference. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, and exchanges must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for approved damaged or defective items. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not send anything back until we provide return instructions.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
